We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and online payment platforms. Cash payments may also be accepted at the theatre box office, subject to availability.

Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of show cancellations or significant changes to the performance schedule. Please review your ticket selection carefully before completing the purchase.

Doors open 45 minutes before curtain up. It is considered rude to arrive late. Be sure to arrive in good time to be checked in. Be aware that you will not be allowed access to the theatre if you arrive after the show has started.

Yes, we strive to provide an inclusive and accessible theatre experience. Our venue is equipped with facilities for wheelchair access, and we offer designated seating for individuals with disabilities. Please inform us of any specific needs or requirements when purchasing tickets.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theatre auditorium.

We kindly request that no videos or photos be taken during the show to ensure an uninterrupted and immersive experience for all audience and cast members. However, we understand the desire to capture memories, and we are excited to offer a special photo opportunity after the show. By participating in this photo opportunity, you not only get to preserve the memories of this exceptional theatre experience but also contribute to our charitable causes.

All proceeds from the photo opportunity will go towards supporting “Elephant Crew,” our charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of elephants, as well as “The Victoria Falls Theatre School,” a program designed to train and nurture young and upcoming actors.

Photos or videos are not to be taken of the stage or the performance due to copyright regulations. You are welcome to take pictures in our lobby, before curtain time, and at the show’s conclusion in the theatre. Suppose attempts are made to photograph or video during the performance. In that case, a Front-of-house host or Production manager will ask you to delete the pictures to ensure we comply with copyright regulations.

Applaud, laugh, and enjoy the show! Actors love to feel that the audience appreciates the story. Our show is an emotional rollercoaster – feel free to react to what is happening on stage. Theatre-going is a fun experience, and our show will make you cry, laugh, and feel emotions you’d forgotten you had. Allow yourself to get lost in the story and music – it’s the best part of the theatre experience!

We request that you use the facilities before the show and after the performance. Should you mis-plan and cannot wait for a proper break, we ask that you leave the theatre during a change of scene, applause, or black-out.

Leaving while the show is still in progress or before the actors have finished their final bow is distracting to your fellow audience and rude to the actors. Please stay and applaud and cheer through the standing ovation; then, you may exit with the rest of the audience.
